Jees-wiz Bbq - Rosharon

Tried this place out for the first time today and it is awesome! The food is fantastic, service is so friendly and warm, and the atmosphere is perfect for BBQ. It's a bit of a shlep from Houston but so so worth it!

Great food, generous portions, friendly service, low prices... What's not to love? Had the loaded stuffed potato with chopped beef and pulled pork, one of the best I've ever had... It's worth the drive, even if you don't live close.

One of those Houston off-the-beaten-path gems down south in Rosharon. If you live anywhere in the vicinity including Sugar Land, Pearland, and parts around go by here and treat yourself to some fine TX BBQ and homemade sides. The friendly service is off thecharts too! I had the ribs, brisket, and sausage with potato salad, chili beans, collard greens, and dirty rice. The meats wereexpertly done and flavorful and were not overly sauced. The chili beans and collard greens were exceptional. Good sweet tea andlemonade to wash it all down with as well. Come give these folks your business!

The ribs and brisket was very good. The bbq sauce was good. I ordered a sandwich and wasn't given homemade sausage and it was awful. The server came and asked if everything was ok. I complained about my sandwich and was given homemade sausage and it wasgood. I've had better. The Lemonade was awesome. They were so nice. I will return. The next time I will try the burgers. Thefries were well seasoned. Convenient location for us.
