Panera Llc - Roseville

Wrong order. 20 minutes late. Poor quality soup. It appears like they skipped steps in preparation. Parking is poor. No spots available during peak hours. Curbside pickup spots were filled with dine in guests.

Ordered using the tablet in the lobby. Loved it this way because then I didn't feel pressure so I could look at the menu as long as I wanted. Food was very good and tasteful and made the way I ordered it.

We ordered a large soup. Bowl was filled barely half way. When I asked if the portion was correct she said it was. My wife ordered a cup had the same amount of soup as me. We were not informed they were out of bread till after we picked up the order.The apples were mushy and mealy. Won?t come back to this location.

Nice people, good service, with cheerful staff ready to help. Had the Mexican corn soup- wasn?t that impressed actually. The salad was delicious however. Plenty of fruit and not over dressed. My husband loved his broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl,but did mention it ?wasn?t Boudins?. Heh.

The team here needed help in the past; however, they don?t anymore. The team here is kind, caring, attentive and have a 5 star attention to detail I haven?t seen from a dining experience perspective in some time. Kudos to the leadership and team membershere. Please keep up the great work!
