Kfc - Roseville

I live technically closer to another kfc, but I really don't get out of this place. the customer service has always turned out to me in comparison with other running gears through experiences and is actually really refreshing. eating is always well prepared and of good value. place in contrast to others I was, I don't think I've ever had a problem with anything lacking from my meal. great for a nice quick dinner.

The buffet is gone, but day and age. cookies and shiny as I remember, but chicken was dry. I was pleasantly surprised by a fast food chashire, which was polite, knowledgeable, and spoke clearly in a reasonable volume. Thank you.

I ordered a 16-piece meal and a 12-piece hot wing. over $70 paid for an old, cold and evil eating. it wasn't worth it at all. I should know that it won't be good if they don't have a serviette or utensil in the bag with all that eat! absolutely ridiculous! you should all be ashamed! I do not recommend going there. I would return it, but I live 30 minutes away and with the cost for gas, I just couldn't afford it.

Friday we were in to order to take out. We were there around 430 445 PM, ordered my food and watched the cashier who touched my money with her gloves and packed my biscuit with the same hand. Gross!! I asked her to replace the biscuit with one she didn't touch. I wasn't rude, just grossed out. I work food service, big no no for me. She said you want me to get a different one, I said yes, so she went around back of the service are where drive thru packs their orders and proceeded to complain because I requested a new biscuit. We pay good money for your food, your location is the only one I'll go to, Vadnais Heights KFC is horrible. She had no name tag on or I would have gotten her name. Petite shorter asian gal. I want to continue to visit your store, but I hope she understands that dirty money and touching food with the same glove is not a good idea.Thanks for your timeDoreen Platt

If I could give them a 0 I would. Messed up my whole order and gave us attitude when we were asking nicely. Don't go here, bad workers who don't even know what they're doing most of the times. Honestly I wouldn't even pay them a dollar to work. Not being a Karen because they gave me attitude first. Bring back the asian community to work there because their service was so much better.
