After hearing good things about it we wanted to test it ourselves. Excellent advice from the (impeccable) staff who led us on a tasting journey that ranged from carpaccio and tartare, fried foods, sushi meat, kebabs and desserts. The chat with the owner (Giuseppe) opened up a world of passion and research to us. Everything is freshly prepared and it's worth the wait. The wine list is excellent and the gin and oil list are delicious... really a lot of stuff. Superlative desserts!!!!
Right in the center on the national road in Roseto, a real gem. Friendly and qualified staff, both on food and wines. We tasted some really worthy fries, the great tasting of raw meats which includes tartare and carpaccio and then 2 cuts... the only flaw was that they didn't give the meat the right time to rest before proceeding with the cutting. Superlative desserts... especially the salted caramel and walnut semifreddo. With a good bottle of wine (red head rosé the bill was around €80 each. We will definitely be back. Promoted!
Ieri notte Ho cenato in questo ristorante, bella posizione, top ambiente, personale davvero buono e super amichevole. cibo di alta qualità . la migliore carne che abbia mai mangiato! antipasti e dolci fenomenali. Consiglio a tutti. fascia di prezzo a persona da 50€ su, ne vale la pena. Tornerò presto
