The Best Crawfish In The Parish! Seasoned To Perfection

I am very picky about my crawfish! I do not like seasoning on my crawfish! In my opinion that is only to burn your lips and hands! I requested 10 lbs without seasoning on them and that's what I got. They were perfectly seasoned on the inside and had a great flavor. They peeled perfectly also. Meaning they was cooked perfect! You could even pop open every claw and the meat popped right out. The size was actually nice for this time of year. When most are usually small. All in all great job! We will be back for more!
