Bidra med feedbackYall I got a wing with feathers still attached. Then they forgot my fries and the ranch spilled all in the bag after they chunked it in. Went back the exchanged it out but took forever the first time. I waited. Whole 45 mins after placing an online order. Needless to say when I went back the young lady that was waiting on her food had to come back because they messed up her order too. I get that they’re busy but they don’t care. Go somewhere else. I won’t be eating wingstop no more. Oh btw Google “Feathers on my wingstop chicken” this problem is so normal for them, which is crazy. I swear they should switch vendors.

Service and food terrible, I’ve tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but different times I’ve went bad experience.
The app should allow you to choose from the many flavors of drinks that you can chose from if you go inside and it should allow you to add extra seasoning to the wings in the app but it doesn't, so i always have to go inside to get what i want. Also the fries are always limp and greasy in Rosenberg, and the store in Katy has crispy delicious fries, so I only order the fries in Katy not Rosenberg.
Was fresh and good the fastest wingstop I ever been too and the wings were huge I ordered when I got there and not even ten minutes my food was fresh and ready to eat the pic was all I had left lol forgot to get the before
