Higher prices, smaller portions. Please drive up and we will bring your order to you with no one in line behind us (Not employees fault, we ordered a lunch item at breakfast time. Employees feeling they need to treat a customer wrong or their employer will be disappointed with them seems to be the problem. Had to pull around and go in to get a sausage croissant paid for but they forgot to give it to me. The employee was very nice, friendly and helpful. The one star is for Jack in the box in general.

I've lived in the area for some years and stop going to this location due to services BUT today Mr. Terranc took our order and he was so polite ask us if we needed anything else something that in the pass was not a question and once we arrive at the pick up window he made sure we had everything in the bag and that our drinks were clean I was impressed by the service this young men provided Thank you definitely coming again to this location again.
