Sugar Factory Rosemont

The sugar Factory has always been a favorite of my kids from toddler age through teens. The great seasonal selection of cool non-alcoholic drinks to the food items. I will advise you to arrange your visit because the Sugar Factory usually is busy and especially during holidays and special occasions. The service is good and the food is great!

First visit here for my son’s bday. We arrived right at opening and the service provided by Jazmyn was great! She was sweet, attentive and our food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Great atmosphere and music as well, food was overpriced and nothing exactly to rave about it. I have had much better tasting burgers and fries at pubs. Overall, good experience!

No sooner then you walk in this place you become a kid all over again there's a candy shop with unlimited choices an wall to wall lights this is a beautiful place an the food is great plenty to choose from off the menu good but pricey but it was well worth the experience Be aware parking wasn't good your're on your own with that one Butt overall you will enjoy yourself with or without the kids Don't leave without trying the chocolate Fondue sampler you will lose it and there Smokey drink Have fun

Everything was great however, I think that because the restaurant adds a 20% gratuity right off the bat, the waiters and/or waitresses choose to be a little snotty. Just my opinion but it won't stop me from going back.

This is our go-to for birthday sweet treat celebrations with the kiddos. Amazing dessert options that will not disappoint, and exciting drink options for the adults. Such a fun atmosphere.
