Amazing staff and pizza. Will definitely be back next time in Chicago!

Deep dish pizza was delicious. Service was great. 100% recommended. If you are in a hurry, do not eat here. Pizzas take 45 min to cook.

Excellent flavor, lots of space, pleasant atmosphere and super good service

Horrible experience. My fiancé and I went to take my sister and brother in laws so they can try out the amazing pizza we’ve liked for a while but couldn’t have been more disappointed. When we got seated we were told that it was going to be a 45-1hr wait which was fine and we were waiting for OVER an hour with the pizza STILL not being ready when people who just got seated were being served right awaymy margarita was horrible and too sweet and we just ended up leaving because we were running late for a concert. For just sodas , a drink and a cheese bread we still paid $45 ..INSANE .

For someone who loves pizza, I will give Giordano’s the credit it deserves as it is by far the BEST pizza I’ve ever had! I ordered takeout and the wonderful Ayleen was extremely helpful and kind, with an amazing smile. Anyone who is visiting Chicago, I definitely recommend visiting Giordano’s.
