Bidra med feedbackWe visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. The service was attentive and the restaurant was nearly full despite it being during vacation season. The staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about their work. The food was fresh, with the exception of the red tuna dish, which can be difficult to keep fresh, especially after being prepared. I suggest going with the salmon if you prefer something fresher. The variety of dishes was very satisfying and the pace of the meal was just right to appreciate each dish. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. The owner is very friendly and adds a lovely atmosphere to the restaurant.
This restaurant requires guests to fill out their own order, which is then prepared and brought to their table. Some items may not be delivered and must be requested again. The food is not always served in the correct order, for example, the main course may be delivered before certain appetizers. This establishment allows guests to bring their own wine.
The buffet at this restaurant allows you to eat as much as you want, and the taste is decent. However, the service is lacking warmth as nobody greeted us when we arrived, we had to find our own seats and wait for the staff to come to us. It doesn't feel very friendly. This place seems to prioritize quantity over quality.
Our waitress had the geduld of noone! she did not explain to us how we provided our orders on the sheet. at one point she told my friend that he couldn't order another part of sushi until he finished what he ate. when it was time to place our drink order, it served us and forgot others. it has also doubled our food order to the point where the manager/owner came and took care of us for the rest of the evening. I don't want to say I don't return to this facility. on the top was the sushi good, but I can get big sushi and better service elsewhere.
I went to Kanda with my father and we were not greeted at the door, after a minute or two we asked one of the staff if we should seat ourselves or wait and we were told very rudely to wait a minute. After looking...at the menu we asked if there was a menu option other then all you can eat since neither one of us eats a lot. She told us there was a take out menu but that they only serve the all you can eat in the restaurent. After questioning her a few more times she said she could serve us a take out order but she would charge us a three dollar charge each. We finally placed our order despite the rudeness of our waitress/hostess (same girl from start) at the same time my father decided to let her know that regardless of the price it was a bit inconvenient and odd that the restaurent would only serve the one all you can eat option. let me just say she didn 't take it well.. we then told her that we were not comfortable with eating here anymore, she then replied well im not comfortable with serving you anyway as she angrily scooped up our water and soy sauce cups. We ended up eating at sushi shop and got better service.. Kanda sushi was not a great experience!
