I had a wonderful dinner with my kids. Our server Ricardo was very pleasant and attentive. He was on top of refills, napkins, anticipating anything we may need. The food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Then the manager, Rigo, came to our table and told us a our happy hour and how to become rewards members. Overall we had a great experience and yummy food.
We were served old food from the appetizers to the entrees.
Took my family to go have some dinner on a Saturday afternoon before the big crowd comes in. I have to admit that the servers were very nice and attentive even though they were understaffed. The food was not very good actually. The portions were very small and the steaks that we ordered were very tough. The quality of meat they use is not of high standard. A lot of fat and nerves in the meat. The portions for the hamburgers with fries were quite small also. The hamburgers are a lot smaller in real life than they look on the pictures and the portion of fries was a half a handful at best. I can understand raising their prices because of inflation but if you raise the prices you should also keep the quality and quantity of the plates. I was very disappointed and did not intend to go back.
