I was there just this afternoon to pick up an order, the lady at the front who takes order is so rude. I only go here because of the food otherwise the lady was so rude on phone and in person. She was even rude to the co-worker. I’m going to call back and find out her name. Food is amazing but service is not. Food: 5 Service: 1

Let me start by saying I rarely ever leave reviews, but for this place, I needed to. I was excited to try this place. Before I even ordered, I called to verify their hours for today because I seen different hours on google and on their website. When I called, I was placed on hold for almost 10 mins, then I got hung up on. So I called back and the person who answered the phone sounded miserable. I asked what time they close and he said 8 o clock. Mind you, on google is says 830 and on their website it says 730 which makes no sense. I was also excited to try the cheeseburger pizza. When you hear the word cheeseburger, you think of an actual classic cheeseburger.. which is pickles tomatoes lettuce etc. When I opened the pizza, it was covered with cheese splattered on random parts of the pizza and some crumbled meat. That was it. It was gross. I barely ate the pizza. I also ordered the fried MAC N CHEESE balls. When I bit into it, it was not mac n cheese, it was just pasta inside with barely cheese. I was warned to not eat here and about the customer service, but I wanted to give it a shot before judging the place without trying it. As I read all the negative google comments about this place, I was disappointed to see that the owner would rather blame customers instead of owning up to their mistakes on their end. To have no compassion or to not apologize when something goes wrong is not good customer service. Smh. I will not eat here again. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The owner or whoever this man was when we walked in was extremely rude. No greeting just yelling at everyone that walked in saying we are full, you can take food to go. My pizza was messed up and he just proceeded to tell me they try to accommodate everyone but sometimes they can't. He acted like a tough guy with his man bun like we owed him for going there to eat. We waited over an hour for our meals. All of the food came out at very different times, people in our group had packed up their food and were done eating before the other half of us even got ours. One word to describe this plac Is unwelcoming. Food: 3

Hours are wrong. Waste of time. Update them so people don't waste time and gas. Really disappointing
