Panera Bread - Rosedale

I received an incomplete order last week (chicken was missing from a salad) and called to let management know. My name was taken and I was told to return and ask for management. Upon returning, the manager (the same individual I spoke with when I called), was again very apologetic and went out of her way to ensure the salad was made properly. This Panera is not the one closest to my residence, however I come to this one because they generally take care in preparing the orders. Today, Sharnella and her team gave me another reason to continue coming to this location great customer service and care.
