The food we made was good and hot, but when I got home to the family, it wasn't what we ordered. I ordered on-line that it was ready for pickup 45 minutes before it was actually ready. Terrible service and very disappointing. On the plus side the staff was very friendly....
There were no suggestions, so I'll do it here. There were 28 people when I left. I can appreciate/have patience for food service workers at dinner rush, but these children ran around like chickens cut off with their heads. There was ZERO structure. Online orders have priority over current customers. They made it as if we were an inconvenience. This is really a lack of management. It must be at least two employees, the customers in the line and one person, the online orders. There's a sign that says $21/hr at the door. What's going on? Food service should be a step stone to learn work ethics. I'm sure this is NOT happening. The food was okay.
I made a Delivery order on the app and they didn?t give me my extra teriyaki sauce or utensils like I asked. There?s not even teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken
We've been here a few times before and have never had any problems. The employees were really nice and accommodating this time (we had two young kids with us). I don't have any complaints about the restaurant or the food.
