One of the best in douglas county. sit quickly. : had some c-chips with excellent salsa. very satisfied with the size of the portion. after all quality never goes out of style.

They're short staffed, so be prepared for a wait. They do notify you at the door. The food is good. I just wish they'd get a few more employees (difficult due to covid) then the atmosphere would hopefully change. No one really checked on us after we got our food so we went without drinks and such

First time there. Was lunch time and the place was busy but not packed. I'm giving 3 stars because this is the first time I've ever been to a Mexican restaurant and did not get chips and salsa up front to hold over the appatite, in addition to confusing and lacking customer service. To make matters worse , the wait was lengthy maybe 20 minutes. Your talking about starving construction workers here on a pressing schedule. The strange part was the waiter bringing chips and salsa after we were done with lunch so I don't know if that's how it's done there or they simply forgot. Also, our first waitress took our order then vanished, later, a second waitress asked us what to drink when we already ordered. In addition, we sat a long while waiting for our bill when we really had to get going, so I got up and tracked a waitress down.. Over all they were nice and the food was great but could use a step up on the customer service side. I'd go back for another chance.

Went there today for a friends birthday and the Service was terrible. Barely got any meat in our food. Me still being the nice person I am tried leaving a tip but I payed with card and no place to leave a tip on receipt. Was walking out and the lady called me back in and I could barely understand her I think she said what’s tip? And I told her and she kept just saying no over and over again saying it’s wrong blah blah blah and finally heard a thank you but entire time only took our food order and gave receipt. Mind you we are the only ones in and they are just cleaning. First time in and I’m not recommending this place or ever going there again.

I live in Roseburg so I’ve eaten At mariachi locos a few times over the years, always with the same horrible service. The food has always been great, not spectacular but good. If you ask around town I think you’ll hear mostly the same thing, that owners wife is extremely unfriendly and the service is as bad as it gets.
