Veraison Restaurant - Rosebud

We unexpectedly had a child-free evening and decided to visit Veraison on short notice. We were impressed by the beautiful atmosphere and friendly service. It seemed like they were short-staffed due to the peak season, leading to some less experienced workers. However, the food was delicious and the portions were just right for my wife and me. She enjoyed the 2x escape dish, while I had the deer with pornstars, which had a subtle yet strong flavor. The prices were reasonable and the COVID precautions created a cozy and intimate dining experience. Overall, Veraison is a great choice for a tasty meal without any kids around.

The dining experience at this restaurant is truly exceptional. The food and service are both excellent. It is definitely worth the 1300 kilometer drive. Thank you.

We used to come here for breakfast, which was excellent, but the evening meal surpassed our expectations. The portions were generous with high quality ingredients, beautifully presented. The mains came with extras, so while sides were available, they were not necessary unless one was very hungry. The authentic crème brûlée was a highlight, following a beautiful entree and overall great value. We will definitely be returning.

One of the best if not the best meal we had in victoria. the service was impeccable and the eating and drinking was exceptional from beginning to end. starting with a glass blowing, the seafood linguine to begin, both steak options for pornstars. the crème brûlée and pears for dessert. we will be 100% back and we will recommend visiting all our friends. jamie and lindsey

Dined here on Saturday night during a weekend out of the CBD and having read reviews about how great this place was we were expecting to be blown away but we certainly didn’t even feel a breeze. Everything was underwhelming…from plating/presentation/ and taste. Pork belly...with red pepper fritters were swimming in oil and actually didn’t make sense on the plate. Steak had lots of grizzle/fat. Scallops covered in what seemed like packet shaved Parmesan. Our table, located by the toilets didn’t really make for an enjoyable experience either. Being from the ‘big smoke’ perhaps we were expecting too much and comparing to Melbourne restaurants, but our next visit to this area we will try somewhere else.
