Burger King - Roscoe

We took our two grandchildren, the checkout was patient and friendly, restaurant was clean, especially play area, and bathroom. We live in Loves Park, but it was worth playing the children. Defiantly will be back.

Last week, my order was wrong. I didn't know until we got home. I called and spoke to the manager Nikki. Not only was she totally apologetic, she offered to replace the next time I came in. I left last night and she was so friendly and helpful. She even personally took my order and then went back and made it herself so that she would be sure that it was right. I understand that things happen, but the effort she has made to ensure that I was happy over and beyond. I appreciated her great customer service. You definitely have an asset with her!!! Thanks Nikki!!!

This location is a great place to grab a bite to eat. The chicken nuggets are awesome, and at a great value. They were super fresh, and went well with the fries. The BBQ sauce added to that superb intensity which magnified the chicken nuggets flavor. The sundaes were a delight, and added to the overall experience. The staff were fast, and efficient. The transaction went smoothly, and would come back for seconds. I would highly recommend this location to friends, and family.
