El Viejo Balcon Puerto Norte - Rosario

Great lunch. Empanadas were excellent. Good wine selection. Outdoor seating. English menus available. Pleasant indoor atmosphere.

The hotel next door recommended this restaurant for meat and we did not review Tripadvisor before going. The place is nice and the service ok, but the food was a great disappointment. The meat empanada was tasty, but the entrecôte was hard and the chef's proposal was a poor meat dish (pork bondiola). We decided to give them a chance with (again, restaurant proposal) the fig cheese cake, but they do not deliver. The ingredients were nothing like what you expected to find in a normal cheesecake! It was frozen...

I went to dinner, I May Say the Service (Waiter) is great, I tried the César Salat, a provolone and a entrecôte, everything was delicious, the beef was really nice, the salad was ok, the only thing I would change was the provolone presentation, but the taste was excellent. Good ambience and the surroundings of the restaurant are great, very good location. It will go to my new favorite places. Well done!

We enjoyed our food here in an old storage area in Rosario near the Parana River. The Bife de Chorizo was excellent and highly recommended. All meat dishes were impeccable. Beautiful modern appearance and decor.

Very comfortable atmosphere, good service, excellent quality and affordable prices. It's a place to share with friends or family, taste argentine meat and salads while enjoying friendly conversations. As the place is in the middle of an wide yard, children can play outside of the restaurant, accompanied by an adult as it is an open space.
