Bidra med feedbackThe food is bland. I've eaten in a lot of chowking restaurants and this is by far the worse. Almost flavourless pancit. Unbearable milk tea.Worse, service. They'd just state at you when you want to ask for something. Very annoying. And I asked a lot of times with no answer.Lastly, AC is not cold. Not really comfortable while here.
This is one of the many Chowking branch YOU SHOULD AVOID!If there's ZERO star, I will give them this rating.Our group experience in this branch:1) The service is slow.2) The order given is wrong. You order a Beef Fried Siomai. They gave me Fried Pork Siomai.I told them not to put Chicharap in our food. When it arrived, there was Chicharap.I asked them not to put Bagoong. When the Chinese Bagoong arrived, there was a Bagoong.The Pineapple Juice was served after we have eaten.There was no spoon and fork in the utensil box.There are lots of customers and personnels in this branch is under-staffed. The management is cost cutting, so this problems occurs. If your restaurant have many customers, please add more personnel to solve the service problems.The branch was too hot! You will perspire. The aircon was set at 18 but no cold was coming out. The branch has to add aircon unit and clean the aircon unit as well.Since then, I included this Chowking branch in my AVOIDANCE LIST.ATTENTION: Jollibee Foods Corporation. Can you inspect the procedure and food quality of your Chowking branches? I think, your inspectors should poise/pretend as an ordinary customers so that you can caught them by surprise.
Very unprofessional. Sinasabi nilang 1 hour waiting time para di na umorder ang costumers. Pero di naman totoo. Lahat ng orders sasabihin nilang wala na. Tapos pag umorder ka padin, utensils naman ang wala na. Plastic utensils nalang ibibigay nila.
It's been closed since July 17,2014. Just want to share I worked there for more than 2years .
