Dunkin' - Roosevelt Gardens

Is it 7:45pm or 8pm closing? We were told to leave it was 7:45 PM. There was no one in the store. We had a coffee we’re sitting down talking. Didn’t quite understand why we had to leave? It’s clearly labeled on the door closing as at 8 PM Don’t understand why you tell customers leave at 7:45 PM. I know we all want to get home on time. This had nothing to do with that. Is it 7:45 PM or 8PM closing?

I have been coming here for a few years now. Im not a complainer, usually I take my coffee as it comes. But todays Coffee looked like pure milk, I then refused to take the coffee I paid for and they refused to credit me back. drive thru clerks are very rude. After looking at the reviews, everything seems accurate.

Poor Dunkin. Slow service, poor customer service. Bad food. I was served old, stale, room-temperature coffee. I had to complain for them to brew a new pot. No one cares. Go to Lesters or Lil Reds!

A disrespectful careless employee who works at this address on this day and time, physically heavy because there are two of them and if I don't get an assessment on the second one.

The shift leader is horrible! She is a terrible shift leader get rid of her ASAP
