Strasburg Pizza - RONKS

The service here is hands down 5 stars the pizza that I 4 stars just because the ofentemp was set a little hot as the floor burned something. still edible, only darker than my lust. but I'd have been through again next time!

Because how crazy busy and most of the time underoccupied this pizza place is the service and eating is phenomenal, they are always so sweet when I come in and eating is always hot. I recommend the Sicilian pizza!

I would've walked out and I should've, but it was late and I didn't feel like going anyplace else. None of the staff were wearing a mask, and their was no protective shield at the cash register to protect staff or their valued customers. This despicable behavior is appalling. Additionally, the restaurant was not clean. They have Valentines day boxes from February, hard to believe in October just laying around. Also, they have wall spackle marks all over the entire restaurant. The ceiling tiles are filthy dirty. The pizza was very average in quality, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. No one smiles, it’s like a staff of angry people who didn’t want to be there. We ordered a large [works type of] pizza. I wish I would have known it was going to be smothered in ham, yuck! And not cuts of ham but lunch meat ham. It smelled horribly and was sopping wet in the middle. We took one bite and left it. No need to take it home. But I’ll admit, I should have asked them what comes on their pizza, my bad!! One person in our party (my mother) waited forever for her order. I finally went to the counter figuring they forgot about it. Oh they made it alright, they just forgot to tell the girl up front that it was done and now cold. The barbecue wings were just a sticky, gooey mess. We paid $60.00 for three of us and ended up leaving and seeking dinner elsewhere. BTW, you order and pay at the same counter which means you leave your gratuity before you know what your food or service will be like. What a huge letdown. It’s obvious the owner cares less about negative reviews as their is no follow up to their bad reviews all over social media.
