We have been coming to this Hotel for the last few years no issues until this year. We were there for a week a couple weeks ago and first the room keys are in a lock box on the door on the outside because typically no one is in the office we got in the room the room seemed nice at first. The mattresses were old with no mattress covers, very thin sheets on each bed. My grandson found someone else’s trash from Target in the drawer in the table between the bed and a zip lock freezer bag in the dresser drawer. We had checked in on Monday night with two adults and three children in the room. They supplied towels and wash cloths but when they were used no clean towels were brought in we had to take the dirty towels and wash clothes to the laundry room and throw them in a bin ourselves. We had asked the one lady that we assumed was a house keeper (we only saw 2) during that week to please bring in clean towels while we were gone but when we returned they had locked the laundry room no staff was on the premises so no clean towels or wash clothes were provided. On Thursday after we came back from being out we had no water in the room we tried to track down a staff member. Finally we found 1 person which told us they would go to the office and see what the issue was. She never returned. I walked to the office and it was a number on the door to call in case of emergencies so we called that number and was told by a lady with very broken English that water would be in within two hours. Four hours later we called back and walked back to the office because by that time the few people that were staying there were trying to get In touch with someone to find out how long it would be before we had running water. They were it would be a few more hours or possibly morning. We called her back and told her that we would like to get a refund for the night and go someone else and was told that she didn’t think that having no water was a problem. She was asked how we were supposed to shower or how were three children supposed to use the bathroom again she didn’t see a problem and said someone was there working on the lines. When we told her we were there and no one was working on the lines she hung up on us and they refused to answer the phone again. Finally about an hour later someone shows up to fix the water. They had people checking in after driving hours and wasn’t even gonna tell them they had to running water. Never again will I stay at this place. These people only care about the money and do not care about the people that they have staying there. They place needs to be closed. The health department needs to be called and that place needs to be inspected because there is no way it is up to code. My advise to anyone that comes across this website is pass it up. The view is amazing g but it isn’t worth it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’m sure this will generate the generic we are sorry for your experience reply from management ! Keep it you need to be closed down !!!

No onsite staff, No service, HORRIBLE smoke/Pot smell several nights from rooms below us. Called help desk numerous times with no assistance and no compensation, Barely any hot water lukewarm at best. Nasty rooms. ONLY reason we stayed 2n night was because we couldnt find any other place. A place like this should not be allowed to operate in America.
