Okay, a few things. This business is unprofessional. On Saturday I called during the 2 o’clock hour to place a order for pick up and they rudely picked up the phone to tell me that had a catering order and wouldn’t actually open for another 2 hours. I have never heard of a restaurant telling customers on a SATURDAY(which is usually a busy day of business) that they aren’t taking ANY orders for the first 2 hours of opening because they can’t plan correctly. I was disgruntled but fine. Whatever. Then I tried to call again on Tuesday to place another order thinking I would give this black owned business another chance. Nope! I called multiple times and they haven’t picked up the phone. Straight to voicemail and their hours in said voicemail say that they were open at the time. Clearly they don’t want money. This is extremely disappointing for black people who want to support black businesses but far too often said businesses are unprofessional and customer service is trash. I won’t be eating here again. Take caution.
