Subway - Rome City

Best Subway I've been at in years. I'm a frequent customer now from Ft Wayne. The young girl making the sub each time is by far the best of the best. She is a real sandwich artist. Thank you for your skill in making it look so easy and fast.

On Sunday August 6th I went an for early lunch. The sub was good but the bread was under baked. I can live with that. What I can't live with is the teenager who waited on me was giggling and making fun of me with a worker right around the corner. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. This is not the first time this same teenager has acted this way. She didn't want to serve me. She also didn't wash her hands. It might not be a big deal to anyone else but I won't pay subway to bully and make fun of me. When someone walks in to that store spending their hard earned money the very least that should happen is to be treated with kindness. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
