Tre Scalini 28 Ristorante Bar - Rome

Service and atmosphere are perfect for Rome. The Cacio e Pepe had great taste but was cold when I got it.

We reserved a table for lunch: none was available when we arrived. We waited for 5 minutes while a table was cleared and ready for us. We ordered two courses: what was served was not what we had ordered. When this was acknowledged, the right order was used, but at this stage my wife had long completed her second course. We just left. A prominent position on Piazza Navona should be accompanied by excellent food and excellent service: neither was evident during this visit, and we stayed with the impression that Tre Scalini has become unstoppable at No. 28.

Sono rimasto molto deluso da questo ristorante. Il cibo era scadente e il servizio era pessimo. Non tornerò mai più qui.

The service and food were pretty good! It was our first dinner in Rome, and we were happy with it.

A good classic Italian lunch in a lovely piazza. The highlight for me was the excellent Italian Chardonnay- the waiter called it super Chardonnay! Absolutely delicious ????
