Traveling to Rome and wanted to stay close to a place where the action is. Hotel Rafael is definitely The place to stay LOCATION LOCATION tye property is beautiful, clean, the staff is super beautiful and my room had a beautiful marble bathroom with heated floors and heated towels I had a Jr.suite and it was just perfect for me with a huge Roman tube with an electric wall that opened to the room very nice. The property is beautiful and very romantic, but unfortunately I was there alone still loved it and had a great time. I absolutely LOVE BEAUTIFUL BATHS! so only for the beautiful baths I give to the property a 7. The hotel offers a super delicious breakfast and amazing Italian coffee. A block from Piazza Navona and walk to the best SHOPING IN ROME! I love ROME! See you soon

Somehow after making a reservation in-person at the front desk, they didn't have it when we came up to the rooftop. We even called to double check... you may need to bribe them to get in.

The staff was rude, I had an earlier call to adjust my reservation in the morning they promised that it could be done in the reception. After arrival, they said they aren’t able to do it and asked me to find a different hotel, they clearly have unprofessional staff. And old furniture. Maybe that’s why the leafs are out front to cover up.
