Beef Bazaar - Rome

I originally chose this restaurant due to the excellent reviews the menu. I was so disappointed from the start to finish. We had booked a table, when entering the restaurant the staff were rude, we felt like an inconvenience. We ordered our food and it was out of the kitchen within 5 minutes. Clearly, it was not cooked fresh. The chips had evidently been re-cooked over over again. There was no potatoe left inside. The sweet potato mash looked like baby food was warm at best. The lamb chops were deep fried, tastless greasy. The staff just wanted to clear up and go home. I do not recommend this restaurant. I'd give no stars if I could.

Nice location, Interiors are bright and modern, displaying comfortable furnishings and minimalist touches. Coming to food this place offers a large variety of high quality beef from all over the world. AS starters we had Tataki di zebra and Tataki Australia, they were good but we were expecting something special and they were not. Our main was a Florentine T-Bone steak cooked to medium rare perfection, it was excellent. They have a great wine list too. The staff is friendly, careful and fast. Prices tend to be on the high side

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. After being greeted nicely at the door and led to a table, it all went downhill from there. 5 waiters standing around doing nothing and when I finally flagged a waiter down, they told me to order via QR code. Probably should have told me that from the start. Anyway, finally get drinks and order food. I order fillet steak (medium) and chips which quotes €18 on the menu and my mother wants the same thing but well done. The waiter then went on to say the chef won't like to cook meat like that and suggested beef strip's which were priced at €14. The level of the steak that came out was no better than Aldi's meat. Thinking this was the worst of it, boy did we get a surprise when the bill came to €148 for our crappy steak and chips x2, beer x2 and water bottles x2. PLEASE IF YOU READ THIS, NEVER GO THERE!!!

Large but very nice restaurant, American style and great choice of wines and meats. Really interesting, warm environment and convivial right light and open kitchen

Involving environment. Friendly service. Good quality meat. High price.
