Primarily for the location and price. Second: Friendly, helpful staff and cleanliness. Third: Amenities like kitchen, large eating/socializing/study area, laundry, lockers, en suite bathroom/shower as well as extras in the hallway. Be advised, the bunk beds are very small (think for kids). There is no head space on the bottom bunk. It's only for laying down. Squeaky frame very sensitive to the movements of the person on top bunk. Noisy very disruptive when sleeping/ trying to sleep. There are very nice private rooms that I would recommend because of all the other highlights of this hostel.

This was a very nice place to stay for the price. I shared a room with 8 people and they were all very pleasant and respectful of your belongings. The accomodation is clean which is the most important. The only issue I had were that the lockers were very hard to lock there was a back to them. The bedding was also not changed the entire time I was there which was 4 nights. Other places I have stayed at have been much better on upkeep of bedding etc changing everyday. The lift was also very small can only fit 2 people in max and with luggage it's a very tight squeeze. The other alternative is to drag everything up the flights of stairs which isn't an issue if you don't have much luggage.

The best hostel in the area. A very nice bar with unique design and the kitchen is very practical, especially if your budget traveler. The communal baths are spacious and always clean. Beautiful people and guest. The place makes me feel at home, the warmth, tranquility, comfort.. It's just amazing!!!

Great hostel. Very well located next to the train station. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Bar is a great place to meet people, and organized events will get you interacting! Very clean facilities, especially the bathrooms. There are washing machines and a kitchen. I recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to get the most out of their Rome experience.

This hostel is a gem and just the best hostel in which I stayed! Apart from the fact that the service was very affordable, the service was very friendly and the rooms really well organized. The kitchen is also good in stock for you to cook. The hostel also has really nice culture. I don't remember the days, but twice or three times a week, they have free Sangria party nights for their guests to get to know each other better. I visited one of them and it was a great experience. The location is also fantastic, just half a mile from the main railway station of Rome.
