Wingstop - Rome

We were there yesterday May 21,2022, for 2birthdays in our family. The workers were all so friendly and the manager went out of her way to be helpful and super nice. She slid tables together so we could all sit together. When get was time for birthday cake we gladly shared with what workers wanted some. Wonderful time for all. Thank you again for being so sweet to us. And the food was good too.

I will say the food is decent. Severely Understaffed which in this era understandable. The thing that grossed me out completely was that I saw no use of gloves while preparing the food and the cleanliness of the place was not good. Saw one employee lick their finger after preparing someone?s wings? So take with that as you will.

They have redeemed themselves pretty well. I love the wings. The thigh bites leave a little to be desired. The fries are amazing also. 7-15, super fast and friendly service, and amazing food!

I haven?t tried any other Wingstop locations, but I have tried plenty of other fast food establishments and this place has never let me down. It?s only flaw is that sometimes, you?ll have to wait a bit for your food. But, the wings are always perfect, the employees are friendly, and they always get your order right, which to me, is worth the wait. I can?t say enough good things about this place and their food. This place is about 25 minutes away from my house, so to me, it?s also worth the drive. I have plenty of other fast food options 5 minutes from my house, but this is the closest Wingstop. They deserve more credit for the work they put into giving you a great food experience. Other fast foods, which shall remain nameless, will often mess up your order, sloppily throw your food in a box, and be rude to you. Whatever they?re doing right , I hope they keep it up ????

I love the food but it's annoying to have to separate everyone's meal every time i order. If i order 2-3 different meals that all happen to be the same flavor that does not make it okay for you to box 15 chicken tenders/wings in one box. that's extremely lazy. whether the flavors are the same or not if I'm ordering more than one meal i expect them to be boxed separately.
