Speakcheesy - Rome

Speakcheesy is an awesome place to eat. I?ve tried several sandwiches but this last time I got pork tacos. And my goodness they were good. My first bites I got sweet tastes. I thought this needs some spice. When I got to the bottom of the taco the spice hit. It was candied jalapeños. You get 3 tacos and they were perfect. I also got the fried pickles. It was spears and they were hand breaded and served with homemade ranch dressing. Best lunch I?ve had anywhere in along time.

Oh My! There?s no beating Speakcheesy?s creative twists to an American Classic. Each sandwich we?ve tried was delicious! We definitely would recommend trying all of their sandwiches; it?s so hard to pick one. The Pop-Eye and The Real McCoy?s are my favorites, but I haven?t gone wrong with anything from their unique menu choices!

I tried SpeakCheesy for the first time today at their food cart at the Howl-O-Ween event at the Ridge Ferry Dog park! I ordered the Popeye, and let me tell you it was the most delicious grilled cheese I ever tasted! I also ordered the 3 cheese Mac-n- cheese to go. Another winner! Speakcheesy has endured a hard time lately. A tree fell on their food truck's trailer, and they desperately needed to repair it. This on top of the Corona virus, has made it difficult for them tomaintain their business establishment, but they have dugged in their heels, and continue to bring the best sandwiches and food selections to the residents of Rome. Please give them a try! It's important for us to support our localbusinesses! I WILL continue to support them and enjoy their offerings of great food. Hillary is friendly, courteous, and professional. They are following the Covid 19 policies.

Was pleasantly surprised to find this food truck waiting at our local brewery. Got the Popeye combo with the tomato soup and chips- delicious! The sandwich was like a spinach artichoke dip and Mac and cheese had a baby. The tomato basil bisque was legit and the chips were so good my husband and I fought over them. If this truck shows up where you are, try it!

Our neighborhood has been doing Food Trucks every week for the past year, it has been a huge success and we have had some great food. Speakcheesy is easily one of everyone?s favorite. Way easy to work with, very professional, and the food is top notch. Book early because they will be filling up fast!!
