Krystal - Rome

After waiting for 30 minutes in the car thru a few days ago, then it was said that the credit card reader was 't working... I went back today, and again I sat in line for 20-25 minutes. When I finally got my food, it was HORRIBLE, my burgers were dry with a point of mustard and a lil pim... I paid almost $ 17.00 for meals, and we can't eat them... At this point I will not return to Krystal on Shorter Ave, Rome Ga.

Joelle her Mom are absolute sweet hearts and very acknowledgeable and friendly. If I knew their schedule I would only go they are at work. Thanks ladies.

I love Krystal's........ East Rome Krystal sucks bad customer service and cold food.... West Rome Krystal is the best ..I would have given you guys 5stars but b/c u guys can never ever provide a milkshake when ordered....and it's been that way for over a year..... you get 4 stars

Door dash messed up my pickup order and Karen Hughes the store manager was so kind sweet and helpful. Great store with great customer service. And the food is perfect! This is the Krystal to go to. The inside looks nice!

Ordered the 12 pack with fries and drinks. The burgers were great and made just how we ordered them, the fries however were well over cooked, some were even very crunchy and we're all brown. The staff was kinda hasty and not really all that friendly. The service was quite slow and took us a bit to get our food. Not really impressed with this Krystal and I'm a huge krystal lover.
