Bidra med feedbackService was efficient. My order was correct and I didn't have to wait long. The employee wasn't very friendly, but that's ok. She was focused on being fast and being correct. The only real reason I put 4 instead of 5 was because of a slight issue withmy coffee. It's my pet peeve when a drive thru hands you your coffee but not the cream and sweetener you asked to go along withit and put that in the bag with your food instead. It's important to hand it with the actual coffee because I can use the timeI'm waiting on my food to make my coffee and then I could actually sip on my coffee while I'm waiting on my food. Instead Ihave to pull over and park. Also, when the server throws it in the bag with the food, the sweetener packets always slip down tothe bottom of the bag and I have to pull everything out to get them. Lots of places make this mistake though. Overall, I wasvery pleased.
You are AUTOMATICALLY charged an upcharge of $1.09 or $1.19 on every order in the drive thru without being asked !! Then, the audacity to have an attitude when I ask for the up charge and upsize to be taken off. WOW!! and all of this standing right nextto the Manager !! Customer service here has always been troublesome but Deceptive business practices get you nowhere. Extraunknown charges for customers at the very least!! I will avoid being taken advantage of by this location at all costs in thefuture !! IF you do go, check your receipts ;

Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the restaurant's dine-in service has not reopened, leading to consistently receiving cold and stale food through the drive-thru. Despite requesting hot food, I often receive overcooked chicken strips and cold fries. The chicken Supremes have always been my favorite, but I have been let down by the quality recently. Additionally, the sweet tea, which I usually love, has not been up to par. It is concerning to see employees smoking right outside the restaurant, and I worry about their hygiene practices when returning to work. The lack of staff is also apparent, impacting the overall service experience. I urge you to prioritize the health and satisfaction of your customers by ensuring a smoke-free environment and enforcing proper hygiene protocols for your employees.
