Mandarin Chinese - Roma

Nothing great. It was very plain. I arrived at 8 on a Friday and the place was empty. There were a few additional people who came in, but not many. I waited 39 min to pay. I was by myself, so clearly not having a conversation with anyone.

10 stars!!! To say that the food was excellent is an understatement. The food was beyond delicious and my family is so so picky. My kids tried dishes they would never try at home because the food has such amazing flavor. Before choosing this restaurant my husband and I probably read every review in town (literally). We decided to try this restaurant and we are so happy we did. Not only was the food phenomenal but the service was exceptional. The owner/manager was so kind to my children. He gave a very personalized touch. The waitress even taught my kids to use chopsticks the right way which made kids so happy. Also, the restaurant is super clean. The ambiance was very authentic. Last but not least there was amazing air conditioning. Rome can be so hot in the summer. The manger even brought out an extra fan without us asking. I can’t emphasize.e enough how fantastic the service was. I encourage you make reservations because we barely got in and a few people were turned away. This place is about quality not quantity! You could tell they did not want to overstuff the place just to make a buck. They want to make great food and not have people waiting for their food. You must just try this restaurant you will not regret it. Oh and the price of the food was extremely reasonable!!

Avoid this place at all cost and IT WILL COST YOU,had the worst meal ever encountered in a Restaurant. We stopped by when walking back to our hotel after a day sight seeing,bad mistake. I had chicken chow mein with literally 3 flakes of chicken,had to rummage around to find them. My partner had chicken and sweetcorn soup,followed by fried rice with curry sauce. It came with no curry sauce and was bland to say the least,we complained to the waiter who said the chef will fix it,came back a bit darker than before,when we asked where the sauce was we were informed that he had added more curry powder to the rice,that should make it taste better. It made it worse,you could feel the powder in your mouth,sent it back and refused to eat it,got the bill and left. It wasn't the waiters fault and we did tip him but €64 for what we received is completely unacceptable,no wonder it was empty if this is what they are serving,inedible to say the least and waaaay over priced

Ogni volta un'esperienza di prima qualità. mandarin si distingue dai ristoranti commerciali cinesi e offre materie prime di alta qualità, piatti sempre freschi e cucinati al momento, cibo tradizionale cinese e personale preparato e molto gentile, come solo si può trovare in un ristorante di lunga tradizione come il mandarino. con mio marito siamo clienti leali e possiamo solo fortemente consigliarlo per coloro che cercano un ristorante cinese di alta qualità. per fornire un esempio della grande professionalità, in un'occasione quando abbiamo preso la cena al ristorante per mangiarlo a casa e hanno accidentalmente invertito le buste con altri clienti, abbiamo notato solo arrivato a casa, e il proprietario in persona ha consegnato l'ordine corretto direttamente alla nostra casa! assolutamente fantastico!

Ottimi piatti accompagnati dalla simpatia e professionalità dei proprietari e del personale. E' sempre un piacere!
