The risotto all have a pescatora seafood risotto and it tasted great. rest of the family received paccheri con spigola e fiori di zuccini paccheri with fish and zucchini tagliolini con caciofi artichoke and ravioli ricotta. would have given the garnels used in seafood risotto a perfect partitur, would not be precooked.
