Bidra med feedbackHighly recommended by the hotel for its seafood, and after a long/expensive taxi ride, we were greatly disappointed. The food was average, nothing close to the hotel 's description. However, the staff 's treatment was totally unacceptable. Our waiter was downright rude, condescending, and xenophobic. He told us he spoke no English (although later on we realized he spoke some), and showed no interest in helping us understand the menu. He literally laughed and made faces at us when we asked for grated parmezan cheese and olive oil for our pasta, basically suggesting that we don 't know how to eat Italian food, and that Italians never use such things on their pasta. Unwillingly and with a sour face, he brought the cheese and oil. We chose a 20 euro wine from the menu and he brought that bottle, and another one he was recommending (not listed on the menu), which we ended up choosing assuming it would be within the same price range. When the bill arrived we realized we were charged 35 euro for this bottle, thus causing an extra 45 euro cost on our bill for the three bottles we purchased with our friends. He called the manager over who showed no interest in making an adjustment to the bill nor offering something else to appease us. The issue for us was not the financial aspect, but rather the principle behind this misinformation. When we asked our waiter for desert suggestions, his answer was there is many and walked away. This restaurant was not worth the trouble/expense getting there from the city center, not only for the average quality of the food, but mostly for the unacceptable, unfriendly, rude way of making us feel totally unwelcome. We happen to be rather engaging, friendly, smiling type of people, so it was not due to lack of good behavior on our part. If this establishment cannot understand the importance of hospitality toward visitors from other countries, then I feel sorry for them.
I had a really nice dinner in here. The food was delicious and the wine nice too. The waiters were really patient with my bad Italian. I've knocked a star off only because I really clearly pushed the bread basket away when they put it on the table and didn't touch it but was still charged. It was also a bit pricey but worth it for the food and service.
Delicious food, they specialise in seafood, portions were quite small but very tasty. We had the trio of pastas for starter which was super. The waiter recommended a delicious sardinian white wine. Overall service and ambience was great.
Excellent local owners are kind and their collaborators are good and prepared. from pizza to pasta and great seconds are fantastic. are very prepared for gluten-free
Great restaurant, discovered years ago and never abandoned. fresh fish and cooked very well. I love the crude, here I always find them very fresh. very clean and super friendly staff. I must say that, unlike other restaurants) also the portions are abundant. is my point of reference for me that I love fish
