Go Thai - Roma

The food is very delicious and warm I really enjoyed pad thai and chicken sticks,go thai delight set, and mango sticky rice and thai milk tea was so yummy,hope to visit this restaurant again.

As a frequent Thai food eater, cooked byThais, in the UK and Thailand I was looking forward to trying what Rome would do to Thai food. Restaurant was not too bad to get to, it would have been better in daylight. The service was not bad, but we were the only customers. I ordered an interesting prawn and banana dish it was not Thai maybe Vietnamese, the other dishes were run of the mill Thai cooked ok, not outstanding. I liked the restaurant decoration, the staff were not Thai, Vietnamese I think, friendly people. It has the possibility to be a great restaurant just need to up the cooking standard.

I think the title about sums this place up! I was surprised to see that the food got such bad reviews. I thought it was good, not great maybe 4 out of 5 stars. We got pad thai for a main course and I thought that was great, really flavourful. To give you an idea on cost, we were a table of 8, ordered about 4 bottles of wine, appetizers and main dishes and it came to 23Euros/person. My main gripe about this place is the service. We ordered egg rolls a few different times and they never came. My friend ordered rice and it also never came. The waitress was a bit rude and grumpy, and pretty pushy when it came to taking your order. She wasn't so keen on answering any questions about the dishes, and so she would run off before you could put your order in. Last con would be the location. Tough to find parking and not well connected. Although... if the staff was a bit more helpful, we might overlook this.

I always took from takeaway to this restaurant and I always found a high quality food.

Atmosphere nn own thay. and devote it to the truth, even the various dishes have more flavors.
