Gallura - Roma

The menu looked amazing. The service was terrible. Apparently we looked like we were poverty stricken, so they ignored us.

The concierge at our hotel (Anantara Palazzo) recommended this restaurant and made the reservation for us. The food was amazing. Service impeccable and the owner could not have been nicer, moving my family to what she thought was a better table (with a breeze on a warm night in Rome). Our experience could not have been better so I am surprised by the poor reviews about food, service or being treated differently because they did not speak Italian. Not the case for us. Best meal in Rome. By far.

We really enjoyed our dinner here! Something very different from standard Rome food. The seafood was delicious! We tried the shared crustacean plate it wasn’t super hot but it was DELICIOUS!! We went with the European lobster option (100 euro less) and it was good. The terrace was beautiful to sit on! As some others mentioned, it is a 3 hour experience but we enjoyed it!! They did let us know that it would be a 25 minute wait for our dinner so I did appreciate that. They were great about ordering a taco back to our hotel as well!

Excellent. one of the best restaurants for fish and crustaceans in roma. a lot, an exceptional freshness. an excellent welcome and a beautiful wine card. exceptional discovery.
