Flunch - Roma

We had already been a couple of times to the Porte di Roma shopping center without ever stopping for long to have lunch. At most we had stopped inside the famed Swedish furniture megastore for a quick bite. Last time we wanted to try this self-service restaurant which from the outside looked very inviting. It's nice place for a quick bite if you're out shopping and you don't want to eat just a sandwich or junk food. Their food is decent and affordable. They offer several options: pasta dishes, cooked vegetables, seafood and meat dishes, ice cream, desserts, fruit salads, pizza with different toppings and even specials of the week. The latter ones are listed on the walls. Obviously don't expect gourmet food at such affordable prices. Fast service, fair prices, polite and kind staff. You can try it if you are in the mall.

In this restaurant you find abig choice of salad and fruit in self service. There are also many kind of first dishes with pasta and meat or chicken grilled at the moment. I really enjoy my salad and my husband appreciated his salad with salmon, beans and potatos. There are many tables and service is free. There is also a good choice of cake and dessert.

You can have a bowl of salad, some pizza or sandwich for very affordable prices. One bowl of tuna salad costs 6 euros, one enormous pizza slice costs 2,8 euros and a bottle of soft drink (0,5 liter) costs 2,4 euros (prices for may 2017). Besides that, food is tasty.

Very dirty and neglected out of place. we entered to have lunch we put ourselves outdoors but we were wrong, no igienizzante, no organization, place reserved for passers-by not green but it is evident that it is reserved for pigeons. we are not there, in this period should be more important hygiene and cleaning and then all the rest. cheap food and as well as you spend getting.

All for me the rating is between 3-4 stars. the staff is very kind and the place is quite clean. we took the ribs and the salmon, the ribs were not very good to put 3 stars on 5. for salmon instead 4 stars out of 5. everything in all is not bad seen the final price. I'll attach the photos with the receipt and the dishes.
