The white wine wasn't cold and Bellini cocktail was small and not good. I expected much more than that, because the prices aren't cheape. The place was nice, of course.

Before having your waiter “open” the bottle of water, check to see that the bottle is sealed! Friends at neighboring table were told by waiter NOT to use tap water with their dinner, bottle water was “safer”. We did the same and noticed the cap was taken off by waiter quite quickly. Later, friends revealed the expiration date on the bottle was 2008, and when they left the restaurant saw another employee filling the empty water bottle with tap water.

This is one of many restaurants surrounding Piazza Navona, Which are hard to distinguish, but we chose this one because I saw Penne Arrabiata on the menu. I added meatballs which I found to be flavorful, in a mildly spicy sauce. The pasta was unusually firm but perhaps that is the local style. My wife had spaghetti with marinara which was also flavorful but firm. This was a solid standard meal but probably a bit overpriced given it’s pleasant setting on the plaza.
