Prefetti 19 - Rom

I had a great dinner with friends at Prefetti 19! It was a nice find right in the city centre! We ordered several starters, as we couldn't decide, and they were all beyond expectations. My favourite were maritozzo and baccalà. I then had beef cheeck which was very soft and tasty. Ended with the best pannacotta ever. The waiters were very friendly and helpful with wine pairing. Excellent dinner right in the heart of Rome! The menu is a comprehensive overview of modern Italian food. The staff is really knowledgeable and gave good recommendations about food and wine. The appetizers were really tasty, you should take a few to share among the table. For the main course, we chose carbonara and long-aged beef cheek, especially the latter was mouth-watering! Everything was crowned by a rich panna cotta for dessert. Food: 5
