Let me start by saying, it was a Monday evening, a very full place, we arrive and wait a while to order, the appetizers arrive and the meat tartare, terrible with no flavour. Carbonara, good and plentiful, nothing to say. The meat, Fiorentina rib, according to them 500g, I ask for it rare, it arrives burnt, or as per the waiter well cooked, I ask for explanations specifying my request, I am told You asked for it like this he leaves it and off he goes. I am speechless!! Inedible. Dear managers, I understand the amount of work and the stress, but we shouldn 't be the ones who lose out. I will be back, I hope I got the wrong night.
