Bidra med feedbackTucked on a cute side street off of the main drag in Trastevere, this little gem serves outstanding fresh Indian food. Though the menu is primarily the go to standard dishes, they are done incredibly well. Outstanding service on top of that makes this an ideal destination if you need a mini break from pizza and pasta. The excellence of fresh, tasty “Roman” cooking is alive and well here just done with a different cuisine. English is spoken and the menu has translations if needed (note: tikka and paneer and curry are the same words in Italian and English). There is lovely outdoor seating and you can end your feast with a crema rich espresso and a mouthful of fennel and mint. Perfecto! Grazie Jaipur! Excellent food, very spicy, with various dishes typical of the Jaipur city region of north-east India (also vegetarian), some spicy but not very much. Typical atmosphere and music. Fast service, friendly and very kind staff. Among the best ethnic restaurants in Rome.
We were desperate for something with stronger flavours and this restaurant delivered. It was wonderful and such good value. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
