Recommended restaurant and read reviews. A bit of a disappointment for me because the truffle house tagliatelle were absolutely not up to the price, there was no perfume or taste. I'm not barbers but I've traveled far and wide in Umbria and eaten truffles in various dishes, only once did I happen to eat a worse pasta dish, boiled With a hint of black truffle! Even the fried artichokes would have had a few more minutes of cooking in my opinion!
