What bad management... what a bad end you ended up with chopstick.... goodbye

Let me start by saying that I have frequented this restaurant for a long time and have always had a great experience. After a long period of absence, I returned last night and, despite myself, I must say that I found the establishment to be worse. They gave us a very spacious table at the entrance, too bad that 10 cm away there was another one to which the waiter served a nice course of sushi by throwing it directly on my jacket... my children and I stayed for about an hour, of which 10/12 minutes spent between the bathroom and the living room looking for something to remove stains. I would have expected the dinner (not even finished) for free instead of the promise to reimburse the dry cleaner... moreover I came home with a top having nothing else to cover myself with!!! now they will reply that they have apologized several times and it's true, but maybe they should stop filling the place to bursting to avoid the waiters having to slalom to serve the tables
