They are quick friendly and the bagels are good too.
Went there at 9 AM on a Tuesday. Two other customers in the shop. The four girls working there managed to keep their backs to the counter for five minutes straight. Quite a feat when you think about it. They all looked busy but it would be nice if someone actually turned around and acknowledged me. They were out of all the most popular bagels (maybe the cook 's day off? After two guesses for out of stock bagels (Cinnamon raisin and everything I finally gave up and said surprise me
I was order ahead and when I was in there I was waiting for another 20 minutes I was bad service the lady takers the other customer and I was waiting
I hate to say it, their bagels and coffee are good, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The folks behind the counter are cold, never warm or welcoming. It feels like they would rather be someplace else themselves. They also appear to be stressed and constantly behind the eight ball, perhaps they are understaffed and overworked at peak hours? Not sure what the contributing factors are, but if you can't be warm and welcoming to your customers in a retail business, you limit your success greatly. So much so that I really don't enjoy visiting this place. I even tried to use the app to bypass the interaction, but guess what, the app doesn't have all the menu items, so I was forced to stand in line. If there was a warm and welcoming competing bagel shop on the hill, they would instantly earn my business! Anyone?
