The place is well maintained and cleaned. Waiters and waiters have excellent customer service. They're understated in the kitchen. I came at 1030 and took me 15 minutes to sit down. There was another table next to me that didn't get her food and it was good over an hour. They left when their food came. If you eat by yourself like me, you will sit fast and I got my food in the 20 minutes I sat down.

This place was good. Overall great culinary experience. Newly renovated. Food tasted great. Service was good. Even the bathrooms were clean. I had the cookies and engraving with 2 eggs, sausage and hash rows. My fiancée had the double Blueberry pancakes. We're both coming back. Handicap accessible

Lives efficiently. Staff were very friendly and engaged even if they were 't a server or you were even in their section. The manager was involved, interacting and knowing customers. A busy Saturday morning, in a college town, this team was really a team! You could see it. It was definitely nice to see a restaurant really do a full experience bounce back... At least for this special Saturday it was. With chain restaurants there is a measure of predictability in terms of food taste, preparation. Service for me is usually the make-and-break of any culinary experience. Irrespective of the facility. Food was very well cooked, service was excellent. A real 5 star IHOP experience.

Breakfast was good and the atmosphere was excellent. The staff was pleasant chipper and his Thanksgiving! Thank you for taking care of us so well!

My aunt and I had a great time here! Shayne was super welcoming, and kind! He had my aunt and I in stitches. The food was super good and the fruit tasted incredibly fresh.
