Our food was made freshly for us, including french fries. Staff seemed preoccupied, but they weren't rude. Would return when in area

Food was decent as burger kings go, messy lobby and a homeless dude sleeping in the lobby aren't the best looks especially when I have kids with me.

Food was fresh and hot and tasted good. Was greeted when we walked in with friendliness and curiousness. Rolla Burger King beats St James by 100%.

After getting fed up in and quitting Burger King over a year ago, I decided to try them again last week. A little bit of wait but the chicken fries were hot and fresh. It was worth the wait.So, I went back today. Half the fries were hot and decent. The other half I didn't eat they were hard and barely warm.I called and Jessica (Jesse? in management offered to replace them if I wanted back in. I explained I don't live in Rolla. No way was I driving a 26 mile round trip just to replace those chicken fries. She didn't offer a way to get a discount or future replacement but did apologize it didn't sound very sincere, maybe she had a bad day.Anyway, I think I'm done again. Maybe in another year I'll see if anything has changed.
