Raya, our instructor, was particularly helpful, allowing us to ask specific questions. The class was well-structured yet very interactive, striking the perfect balance between informative content and casual discussion. It created an ideal learning environment for me. We were also given hard copies of ingredients and methods to take home, along with the cheese we made that day. A delightful bonus was getting to know Raya, an inspiring entrepreneur, and a group of like-minded individuals who each brought unique experiences related to plant-based and sustainable living. Although I'm not the typical networking type, the day naturally facilitated connections among us. The setting of the class was absolutely stunning, nestled in a picturesque location in Roleystone with breathtaking views of the hills and forest. And, most charming of all, were the adorable small furry residents (teppich) who added an enchanting touch. I couldn’t help but fall in love with them! Overall, it was a fantastic class and a beautiful day, well worth the time and investment. Beyond my personal goals, I believe these classes would make an excellent gift, a fun outing with friends, or even a team-building exercise. Thank you, Raya! I’m looking forward to the next class.
