Extremely foul mouthed landlord. We have just walked out of his bar without finishing our drinks. We were guilty of making the mistake of asking politely for the tv to be turned down a little as it was so loud. We were the only two people in the bar at the time. However the landlord saw fit to become verbally abusive and we had to leave. Not normal behaviour. Feel sorry for the lovely lady behind the bar.

The three stars are based on the fact that this is my first visit since the new owners took over. Got a warm welcome from the staff, the wine choice now seems more extensive, the chocolate cake and cream was nice too. A good start, would definitely go back again

Friendly people, Dave is the guvnor, and Sue Greenwood does Karaoke every other Fri. afternoon, nice music and lady!!
