Cafe Mirage - Roissy-en-France

Cafe Mirage is a very nice cafeteria with a quite nice menu. They also serve quick bites like french fries and all. Smoked salmon Pizza is a must try.

Morning at café mirage's continental buffet breakfast is of average size, the products are good, different type of breads, fresh orange or grapefruit pressed juices, 3 type of cereals, bacon and eggs, only two type of cheeses we wish there could have been at least two more type like blue cheese and creamy cheese like munster cheese or maroille etc... we wish also these products could be, as much as possible, natural or organic , aop, igp, local, proudly displaying these products as French and from the close region, etc... and that it is very visible to promote French Cuisine and products.This restaurant has a big square section called “Oxygene”, that can be reserved for private dining or event, if we understood well.Majority of the Restaurant's serving team is truly, classy, professional, helpful and friendly yet relax and smiling, thanks to managers like Sebastien, Laurent, Jeremy and last but not least Victor, and thanks too to servers Jessica, Mattia, Francois and Bruna, your service was even better than a graduation celebration meal in an A380 first class trip meal from Naples to NY, the quality of cuisine and meals, from the cooking chefs and pastries chef Gwanel's pastries, is great, all that is up to the level of the Park.We shalt return, a la proxima volta, on reviendra.
